Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Hands-On PPC)

We are looking for a Senior, Hands-On Performance Marketing / PPC professional to join our Media Department.
This is a fully hands-on execution role, focused on building, managing, and scaling paid media campaigns.
The role is not analytical-only, not advisory, and not managerial-only — daily work inside advertising platforms is a core requirement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing (minimum 4–5 years)
- Proven experience actively building and managing campaigns inside ad platforms
- Experience owning and optimizing media budgets and scaling campaigns
- Background in D2C, eCommerce, or performance-driven marketing
- Practical experience using AI tools to support paid media execution (e.g. creative ideation, copy variations, performance analysis, optimization workflows)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and data-driven decision making
- Experience working closely with creative teams (copy, video, design)
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and be accountable for results
Nice to Have
- Experience managing larger or fast-scaling budgets
- Experience working with global or international brands
- Experience using advanced AI-driven tools or automation to scale paid media performance
- Familiarity with additional paid channels or analytics tools
Responsibilities
- Hands-on setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok
- Full ownership of media budgets, scaling decisions, and performance targets
- Daily campaign optimization based on performance data and business goals
- Close, ongoing collaboration with creative teams on concepts, messaging, angles, testing, and iterations
- Initiating and managing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, structures, and funnels
- Leveraging AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, creative testing velocity, performance analysis, and workflow automation
- Identifying growth opportunities and proactively driving performance improvements
- Working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented D2C environment
