About The Position

At Kendago, highly stable and profitable company, we’re not just running ads — we’re building a game-changing tech product that gives our marketing teams a serious edge. It’s a smart, insight-driven optimization platform that analyses tons of ads data and turns it into real-time recommendations and insights for publishers.

We are looking for a Director of AI Product to lead and centralize AI initiatives across the company.

This role owns AI-driven products end-to-end — from identifying opportunities, through hands-on prototyping, to full production adoption across marketing, creative, analytics and R&D teams.

The role reports directly to the CEO and operates without a dedicated AI team, leading through cross-functional collaboration and influence.

This role is ideal for a technical product leader with hands-on AI experience, who is looking to make a significant career leap and drive measurable business results in the digital marketing domain It is not a research or data science role, but a product and execution role focused on measurable impact, adoption and scale.

Our Office is located in Kiryat Ono.

This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product, engineering or platform roles.
  • Proven experience delivering products from idea to production.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, RAG and data integration.
  • Product-oriented mindset with strong business understanding.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in ad-tech, Mar-tech, performance marketing, e-commerce or D2C.
  • Experience with automation, analytics or optimization systems.
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Kendago’s performance marketing and D2C operations.
  • Define and own the AI product roadmap.
  • Build and validate MVPs and AI prototypes.
  • Lead AI initiatives from concept to production.
  • Work closely with R&D and business teams to ensure scalable and adopted solutions.
  • Lead build vs. buy decisions for AI tools and platforms.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Kendago’s performance marketing and D2C operations.
