** This role is based on Israeli working hours, which requires flexibility to stay on top of communications after hours.
Requirements
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Strong analytical and technological skills mixed with great organization and professionalism
- Assertive, with the ability to manage people and processes in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business
- Native or high level English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
- Previous account management experience 1-2 years a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing and/or online advertising (PPC) helpful
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Actively analyze and research in order to effectively solve problems at a high level
- Identify opportunities for growth & establish clearly defined roadmaps for clients and partners
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
- Lead projects from start to finish and work across multiple teams
