** This role is based on Israeli working hours, which requires flexibility to stay on top of communications after hours.

Requirements

  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical and technological skills mixed with great organization and professionalism
  • Assertive, with the ability to manage people and processes in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business
  • Native or high level English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
  • Previous account management experience 1-2 years a plus
  • Understanding of digital marketing and/or online advertising (PPC) helpful

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Actively analyze and research in order to effectively solve problems at a high level
  • Identify opportunities for growth & establish clearly defined roadmaps for clients and partners
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
  • Lead projects from start to finish and work across multiple teams
