About the Role
We’re seeking a charismatic and highly motivated Partnership & Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. This is a multi-faceted role that combines business development, account management, and talent partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and scouting new brand ambassadors/presenters who align with our clients' vision and
** This role is based on Israeli working hours, which requires flexibility to stay on top of communications after hours.
Requirements
- A people person with natural charm and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in business development, customer-facing roles, or partnership management—ideally in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Passion for building relationships and creating win-win partnerships.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Development & BizDev
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with DTC brands.
Initiate and lead outreach efforts, build pipelines, and drive strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PPC, Creative, Product, etc.) to develop compelling proposals.
- Customer Success & Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for selected clients—ensuring satisfaction, growth, and performance.
Build long-term relationships based on trust, value, and mutual success.
Work closely with internal teams to align campaign performance with client goals.
- Presenter & Talent Partnerships
Scout new talent, brand ambassadors, and presenters for our portfolio of brands.
Manage the end-to-end relationship with presenters—from outreach and onboarding to ongoing collaboration.
Ensure alignment between brand values and talent communication.
