Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and manage vendor activity
• Develop and execute marketing and product plans for new direct-to-consumer products and brands, from strategy to execution
• Test and optimize digital funnels using paid acquisition traffic on various channels
• Craft and optimize user experiences for each segment, product and brand
• Optimize customer LTV, leveraging marketing insights and using data-driven approach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with high achievements (MBA – an advantage)
• 6+ years of experience in senior digital marketing roles in a B2C company with international activity
• Experience with performance marketing on direct to consumer/subscription brands
• Highly analytical with experience in conversion tracking using Google Analytics and other platforms, upper funnel metrics analyzing and marketing attribution
• Excellent understanding of design, copy, video, and web best practices
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mother tongue – an advantage)
