Director of Business Development

Director of Business Development for the US Market

We are looking to add a superstar Director of Business Development to our team.

In this role, you will conduct business development with target partners and grow business with our current partners.

Job Description:

  • Create, maintain and grow relationships with partners to help them scale their B2C business
  • Advise partners on ways to improve their marketing, with the help of our team
  • Guide partners with regards to the Tier 1 networks (FB, Google, TikTok etc.) guidelines and requirements
  • Lead cross-department projects and processes.
  • Support the leadership team within strategic decision making


  • 3-4 years’ experience in a role with business and/or marketing aspects
  • Previous account management experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing and/or online advertising – an advantage
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical and technological skills – an advantage
  • Assertive with the ability to manage change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business.
  • Native English speaker, that lived in an English-speaking country for at least 8 years
  • First degree

This position is based on Israeli working hours; however it requires flexibility to stay on top of communications after hours.
