Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Actively analyze and research in order to effectively solve problems at a high level
  • Identify opportunities for growth & establish clearly defined roadmaps
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
  • Lead projects from start to finish and work across multiple teams

Qualifications:

  • Previous account management experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing and/or online advertising (PPC)
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical and technological skills
  • Assertive with the ability to manage change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business
  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree – a must
  • Note: This position is based on Israeli working hours, which requires flexibility to stay on top of communications after hours and possibly on weekends
