Kendago is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. As the COO, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, building new activities and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans and goals.
- Initiate new activities and lead their development.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the company.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the teams on all operational aspects of the business.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance against them to ensure the company is achieving its objectives.
- Collaborate with the VP of Business Development to identify potential acquisition targets, and if materializes, lead the acquisition process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- 8+ years of experience in senior roles in the digital marketing/Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) space in international markets, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Experience in creative and/or in direct response marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
