Being that they already had high-converting creatives and funnels, we first focused on adapting them to platforms outside of Facebook like YouTube. However, the real growth came once we combined the skills of our large creative team in video editing, script writing, and compliance with their already existing (optimized) materials.
Today, Kendago helps Vshred across all of the Tier1 networks and after 5 years of work together (starting our work together in April of 2018), they are experiencing their best performance – ever! They are on target to be the top wellness brand worldwide. Their customized diet and fitness plans, together with their clothing and supplement lines generate 9+ figures of revenue a year.

SCALING SIDEWAYS with Healthy Back Institute
Our Challenge? Whitelist a disabled Facebook advertiser that was banned.
We carefully reviewed Healthy Back Institute’s digital marketing assets and cleaned up their history, restructuring and repositioning their brand. Using our close working relationships with Facebook, and a methodological marketing approach, we targeted various audiences based on age, lifestyle, and location to get reinstated and create a leading product offering.
How? We scale sideways per funnel using different angles and hooks, expanding from 1 VSL funnel, to 10 high-performing funnels.
We then added multi-channel advertising on other Tier1 Networks like: Google, Taboola/Outbrain, Bing, YouTube, and TikTok. In order to diversify the traffic, we combined the power of cross channel retargeting with the sharing of ad data and angles across numerous channels simultaneously.
